I just want to start off by saying how much I love the name of this polish, being from Orange County California I pretty much live in flip flops. In fact I think I own only 1 pair “regular” shoes that I wear if I’m going to a concert or if there is a downpour lol.  I am going to give myself a pedi in this color as soon as I finish this post, I think it will look fantastic!

I’m pretty sure I have said this before, but in case I haven’t…I have issues with the color pink. I love pink in the bottle but once I get it on I am either underwhelmed or I hate the way it looks on me. However, that is not the case with this color. I like pink a lot more when it is neon, I’ve worn the other pink (Pool Party) from the Poolside collection numerous times since I got it. I like pink better neon mostly because it screams “HEY LOOK AT MY PRETTY NAILS!!”. This neon is in your face, it is so neon that I swear the bottle glows, you can see it a little bit in the first picture. I consider uber neon colors like this a great thing!

Application was awesome, dare I say streak free…what! I tend to apply polish thick so that probably has a bit to do with it as well as a streak free white base, but man…I am impressed. None of the other polishes from the Poolside Collection have applied as well as this one did for me. Now for the weird part, I have seen this swatched on tons of blogs, and it looks kind of orangey/coral colored on everyone but on me it is much more highlighter pink/coral. Unlike Kiwi Cool-Ada this was a bit of a nightmare to try and capture with my camera, I took about 50 pictures and 2 turned out well enough to post!

I have on 2 coats of American Apparel- Cotton as a base and 2 coats of China Glaze- Flip Flop Fantasy, 1 coat of Seche Vite to shine it up!

Indirect Sunlight

Since it was a hit last time…black light!! Check out the glow coming off the bottle!

Oreo-prince of lazy thanks you for your time!
